A Gorgeous Jacket Fit For A Princess!

I have been on the hunt for the perfect light jacket for MONTHS! Something to thrown on on cool spring days or to wear on chilly summer nights. So when I saw this gorgeous one from shopDisney, I knew I just had to have it!

Since summer is practically here, I thought I would show you how I would style this lovely piece on a summer evening.

Starting with the jacket itself, it’s such a staple piece that you don’t really have to put that much effort in the rest of your outfit, which is so nice. When I think of summertime style, I think of lightweight, breezy pieces that don’t take much effort to make look good. And this jacket is definitely one of those pieces.

The back of the jacket is obviously the focal point of the whole piece. At the top, the word “royalty” is embroidered in light pink. Then, we have all the gorgeous princesses: Mulan, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Ariel, Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White, and
Belle. And then finally at the bottom, all of the years the princess’ films came out is also embroidered in light pink. For just a jacket, there is so much gorgeous detail.

And it doesn’t end there…

The front of the jacket also has a subtle princess detail. The collar features a small light pink crown embroidery, which is so pretty.

Now onto the rest of the outfit…

Like I said, you don’t need much else to make the outfit complete. The jacket does all the work. So for the top, I chose a sequined, pink tank to go with the princess theme. It even has a beautiful rose gold zipper in the back, which is such a pretty detail. It is such a gorgeous piece but so wearable. And then, I just paired that with some plain mid-rise white denim shorts for an effortless look.

Add some cute flats, and you have the perfect outfit for a summer evening!

I hope you all enjoyed seeing this adorable outfit! I still cannot get over how gorgeous that jacket is! It makes me feel like a total princess!

Until next time,

Lexie Leigh
